District Tech is proud to announce we have been shortlisted for not one but two UK Proptech Awards by the UK Proptech Association: the Proptech Advocate Award and Adaptable Business Award.

The Proptech Advocate Award is for a professional who has acted as a champion for PropTech either within a property company to drive the adoption of technology, or in industry to support the growth of PropTech as a whole. 

The Adaptable Business Award is for a PropTech company that has adapted their market proposition, business model or operations quickly and effectively to respond to the pandemic. The shortlisted companies have demonstrated rapid and strategic decision making and show care and consideration to their clients and employees, whilst managing the business needs.
