The Proptech Innovator of the Year award celebrates ‘companies that are proactively using technology to disrupt the property sector’. ‘Innovation’ was the key criterion for this award, and entrants had to give evidence of a transformative impact the business has had on the property industry.

District Technologies is a market-leading workplace experience platform that delivers a premium coworking experience to landlords’ and companies’ communities. 

With the huge impact on the workplace during the pandemic, District further innovated the platform to fit with the changing needs of workplace demands. Identifying that there is a significant market need for having Covid-secure workplace features that follow the government guidelines for re-entry as well as remote engagement functionalities for hybrid working teams.

The platform is perfectly suited to help companies and landlords stay at the forefront of what a future modern office space looks like and adapt their services and offerings accordingly. The importance of health and safety features should be emphasised.

The Property Awards will take place on 12th November at The O2 in London.
